FAQ's
Are you currently taking orders?
No, my online store is currently closed. I still have some pieces available in stock so please contact me via my contact page to arrange a direct sale.
What is your returns policy?
If you purchased an in-stock item which isn't quite right, you are welcome to return it for a store credit so long as it is returned in original unworn condition with original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Items must be returned within 15 working days after the date it was received, and must be carefully packaged and returned via courier. Return shipping charges are the buyers' responsibility.
Made to order/ sale items:
Made to order or sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, so please choose carefully.
Faulty/ damaged items:
If for any reason your item arrives faulty or damaged, I will do everything I can to make things right. Please contact me directly and I'd be more than happy to assist.
Please note that all my pieces are entirely finished by hand and so there can be minor variations between each piece. I do my best to describe and photograph all items as accurately as possible, and any minor variations between products will not be considered as faulty.
How can I find out my ring size?
Please note that many variables can affect your ring size, including - band thickness (thick 3mm+ wide bands will feel tighter, and narrow 2mm- bands will feel looser), the weather, weight changes/ medical conditions, and even the time of the day (fingers are often bigger towards the end of the day). That said, my rings will look equally good on any of your fingers...middle, ring or pinkie!
Due to the hand carved nature of my designs, many of my available rings are unable to be resized. I am working hard on making more designs available in different sizes, so watch this space!
How can I look after my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking pretty, gently scrub your piece with a soft toothbrush in warm soapy water (pH neutral), dry thoroughly and then gently rub with a polishing cloth.
To help protect its surface, please remove when washing, cleaning, sleeping, swimming, exercising, gardening and when using any lotions, sprays or other abrasives.
Sterling silver will also age and tarnish naturally over time due to its exposure to air and moisture. To help reduce this, store your jewellery in an enclosed manner when not in use. Alternatively, wear your jewellery as much as possible - the natural friction from daily wear can also help reduce the amount of tarnish which builds over time.
Do you ship internationally?
No I don't sorry.
Thank you so much for your support and shopping small business xx
